Essential fatty acids of EFA omega 6 are commonly found in vegetable oils and Omega 3 EFA among others can be found in fish oil. These 2 omegas are a part of the daily food and without them can harm our bodies.

Don’t eat too much EFA omega-6 because it can lead to research on blood clotting, inflammation, and growth tumor. On the other hand Omega-3 EFAs can be found also in flaxseed oil, marine plankton and walnut. Have to note that fatty fish and fish oils contain docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and, fatty acids that have been observed to give some benefits to the body.

EPA and DHA from essential fatty acids can help prevent heart attacks, depression, atherosclerosis, and various forms of cancer. Fish oil diet also proved useful in treating diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, rheumatoid, and ulcerative colitis.

Consume fish oil on a regular basis give additional benefits for body also as make a healthier heart, come down asthma attacks, can breathe more easy, better glucose tolerance and cutting down blood pressure.

All foods, if consumed in excess is not good, although fish oil as well as having many benefits for the body, but if eaten in excess will also be given effect which is not good for your body, so if you want the most from the benefits of fish oil is better if you Talk to your Nutritionist about the right amount for you and your family in consuming fish oil.
